St Lazarus Makumbi Pry School is a Catholic school run by the Jesuit Education.
Father Peter Paul Musekiwa Tambudzai was ordained a Priest in 2012. He was missioned to a lot of places doing God’s work for example Zambia, Paris just to name a few.
Father Peter Paul has worked with a number of Heads up to date in the development of St Lazarus Makumbi eg Mrs Hwata, Mr Marufu and now Mr Mataya. He acknowledged the work done by Mr Marufu in changing the school passrate to a higher level. In the Responsible Authority there is the Chaplin’s office.
This is the department that is hands on with both the high school and primary school. It helps mould learners spiritual and educational life. The RA is working tirelessly so that the pry school has a good water source so that a number of projects can be done to strengthen the school’s finances. The RA is of the view that the primary school has a positive impact to the community as it educates learners, guide & counsel them as well as evangelizing to them and the community through day to day teaching. The RA welcomes children from all denominations despite the school being catholic though a bigger number should be catholic. The RA urges parents teachers and learners to all work hard so that the learners can be easily absorbed into Visitation Makumbi high school.
